APPLICANT CRITERIA

  • Six months verifiable employment

  • Three prior pay statements showing gross monthly income, greater than 3x monthly rental amount

  • Satisfactory rental verification from prior lessor, including lease violations and payment history

  • Satisfactory background check

  • Satisfactory credit check

ROOMMATES

  • Each roommate must qualify individually at a minimum of 2.5 times apartment rent. Each roommate will be responsible for the entire rental payment and each must execute the lease agreement. Partial or split payments will NOT be accepted.
